Text messages are intended to provide you with information about upcoming deliveries and Shoeline.com products and promotions (e.g., coupons, events, product launches, sweepstakes and contests).
Usage: User acknowledges that text messages are distributed via third-party mobile network providers and therefore Shoeline.com cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery. User acknowledges that, depending on the recipient’s mobile provider service, it may not be possible to transmit the text message to the recipient successfully. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed: Shoeline.com does not claim or guarantee availability or performance of this service, including liability for transmission delays or message failures. You agree that Shoeline.com is not responsible or liable for issues arising therefrom.
Message Frequency: The number of text messages that you receive will vary depending on the products you purchase and the number of promotions that Shoeline.com is hosting. You will receive a maximum of 10 messages per week from Shoeline.com or others texting on its behalf.
Opt-in: To opt in to Shoeline.com’s notification text messaging, provide your mobile phone number during your order.
Fees: Shoeline.com does not charge a fee for text messaging service. While we do not charge for this service, we are not responsible for any charges from your mobile phone service provider that may result from our providing this service. It is the user's responsibility to check with their individual carrier, as standard messaging and data rates may apply. Shoeline.com assumes no responsibility for charges incurred by signing up for this text messaging service. Any text messaging fees that you incur will be billed on your individual mobile provider bill. You agree that Shoeline.com is not liable to you for any such charges.
Opt-out: You may opt out by replying "STOP" from your mobile device or by calling our Customer Service Center at 1-877-818-4461.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Shoeline.com in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Shoeline.com if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar laws.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Shoeline.com may revise, modify, or amend these text messaging terms and conditions at any time, and any such revision, modification or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to Shoeline.com. Your continued consent to receive text messages from Shoeline.com indicates your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
Termination of Text Messaging: Shoeline.com reserves the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Shoeline.com’s text messaging service, with or without notice.
