I bought these boots 5 years ago and still wear them almost everyday. I never write reviews but I had to share the fact that they have been the best piece of footwear I have ever owned hands down. I regularly wear them on construction sites and almost always slip them on when I'm heading out to the garage and always wear them for everything else. I have worn holes straight down through the heels and have worn the rubber soles right off of them and not a stitch has come apart on them. AMAZING DURABILITY! and they're still comfortable. I have worn other boots out in less than 6 months. I will buy no other boot as long as these are available, might just buy 2 more pair.. that should last me until the kids are through college.

I have worn Carolina boots for years. Always have had good luck with them. I just purchased my second pair of the 399 style.I wear my boots just about every day to work and my first pair lasted me over 4 years. I have lower back problems and Carolina is the only boot I have found that I can wear on a daily basis. Have bought several pairs of shoes from shoeline and have always had good luck.

Did not feel it was of the quality that I was expecting from Carolina. I have other Carolina boots made in the USA and they are worth the extra cost so I returned them and ordered a pair of Carolina boots made in the USA they just arrived and I am pleased. Shoeline is a great company to deal with I have purchased about twenty four pair of work boots for myself and my crew and the service is the best.

I've now been wearing this boot daily at work for 28-months. The soles have been durable doing a lot of walking on crushed limestone. The uppers are in good shape and show little wear. They are holding their shape. These boots have been a good buy. UPDATE: The soles our now worn, but not worn-out. Still wearing and still happy.

I have been working in these boots for about 6 weeks. I am used to crepe wedge soles so these boots feel a little more firm to me. When walking down steep grades the broad toe box allows the toes to to make contact with the front of the boot. They seem to be well made and from use so far seem to be durable. This is a good boot.

I have owned two pairs of these the first wore out after 4 years and the second pair have lasted a little over 2 years I am ordering another pair as I write this. Just a great work boot. What else can I say two pairs in 7 years I hope the next pair last as long as far as comfort awsome they are true to fit. No complaints. I haul gas and diesel for a living great boot. This a good shoe however Carolina built a shoe even better that was 3098 Briar Work Boot. No Boot has ever come close to this discontinued boot. Carolina please bring it back.
