Have been ordering this boot for many years. The only issue I have had is sometimes one boot is a little smaller and either needs to be stretched or returned. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the boot. It wears well and is able to be resoled as needed.

These are nearly perfect motorcycle boots This is my third pair. I really like them. I have spit shined ’’em and worn ’’em to biker funerals and I have greased ’’em up with Sno-Seal for riding in the driving rain. Totally great boots.

My shoe size is 12 D I could not get my foot in the 12 W however the 13 W fits well and is most comfortable. Order one size larger than normal foot size. This is a good boot and worth the price. I am well satisfied with this purchase and shoeline service. Return was easy and fast good turnaround.

A little snug width wise but broke in nicely in a few days. Works well on wet steel and inclines. The heel is a little higher than my old Bates but not uncomfortable. They polish up nicely for around town wear and are an excellent work boot. After wearing them all day I am not as fatigued as before. Overall I will be buying these boot again as needed.

I am a 7 in woman which I believe translates 5 to men. But the 6R in men fit me just fine and I can wear thick sox with them also. Had I gotten the size smaller it would have been too tight. I really like my boots they have been long awaited and worth the buy...

The last time I bought a pair of these engineer boots was in 1985.They have changed a little over the years but for the better in my opinion.I would like to see the red emblem put back on the bottom in the near future.I tend to like the old school things.As far as Shoeline in concerned they are an awesome company with great productsdeals and fast shipping.Keep up the good work Shoeline.

This is the fourth pair of these boots I have had and love them Wear them at work home on the bike all the time. Fit seems a little narrow normally wear 10.5D but had to get 10.5 W in these. Takes a few weeks to break in but after that they wear like tennis shoes. LOVE EM

Great boot It is made well. Based on the other reviews I ordered the wide width and it was perfect. These are cool boots at a fair price. My shin was a bit sore for a few days due to the rubbing and not being used to wearing high boots but it only took a few days to wear in and be comfortable on my shin. Get this boot..

These boots look and fit great I have been buying Carolina boots for 12 years. They are more comfortable and durable and last alot longer than the imported crap at the local discount stores. I ride a Harley and tend to drag my feet alot and cheap boots just dont last more than 3 monthsbut the Carolina boots last for years I’’ll buy another pair next year.

I am disappointed in the style change. I always bought the A116 for myself and as gifts but Shoeline discontinued them I don’’t like the new outsole and heel. They look cheap. I miss the heavy hard rubber soles and heels with the red rubber label and the deep treads.

These are great boots. I bought a pair in 1991 and wore them for 10 years until they fell apart. I had been looking for them since then and couldn’’t find them anywhere else. When I received the new pair it was like I’’d never thrown out the old ones. The quality of both materials and manufacture is outstanding. The fit is great and the finish is perfect. I cannot recommend these boots enough. Shoeline.com has great service as I ordered the boots on a Friday afternoon and received them on the following Wednesday. Plus their price is cheaper than when I bought these boots 16 years ago. I definitely recommend the boots and Shoeline.com. And I will absolutely be doing business with Shoeline again in the future.
