Waterproof - Waterproof footwear is designed to prevent water from entering the interior of the shoe or boot, keeping the wearer's feet dry and comfortable in wet and damp conditions. This type of footwear is commonly worn in various work environments, outdoor activities, and recreational settings where exposure to rain, mud, puddles, and wet surfaces is likely.
Electrical Hazard - Electrical Hazard footwear is designed to impede the flow of electricity through the shoe and to the ground, reducing the likelihood of electrocution, in accordance with ASTM F2413-11.
Insulated - Insulated footwear is specialized footwear designed to provide thermal insulation and protection against cold temperatures. It is commonly worn in environments where workers are exposed to cold weather, low temperatures, and cold surfaces, such as in industries like construction, agriculture, outdoor work, and cold storage facilities. The goal of insulated footwear is to keep the feet warm and comfortable, preventing frostbite, discomfort, and other cold-related issues.
Heat Resisting - Heat-resistant footwear is specialized safety footwear designed to protect the feet from extreme heat, molten materials, sparks, and other high-temperature hazards commonly found in industries such as metallurgy, foundries, glass manufacturing, welding, and more. Heat-resistant footwear is essential for workers who are exposed to these kinds of environments to prevent burns, injuries, and discomfort.
Steel Toe - Steel toe footwear, also known as steel-toed boots or safety boots, is a type of safety footwear that incorporates a reinforced protective cap made of steel in the toe area. This toe cap is designed to provide protection against impact, compression, and other potential hazards in various work environments. Steel toe footwear is commonly worn in industries where there is a risk of heavy objects falling on the feet or where protection against crushing injuries is essential.
