These Born Cross boots in 9.5 M, Peltro color fit nicely, and are cute & light-weight. Some describe the color as gray, but I think it's more of a dark grayish-brown with suede texture. I was pleased to get these for $99 from Shoeline through Amazon. In the box, there was a UPS return sticker in case a return was needed. If the boots were defective or I wanted an exchange or different style/whatever, the return cost to me would be $0. If returned for other reasons, the return cost to me would be a reasonable $6.

This is neatest looking boot and I wanted it to fit like a similar pair I’d bought a few years ago. It fits a little too narrow on my dominant foot. I have tried to keep trying hoping the shoe would break in but it hasn’t. If you have a narrow foot highly recommend it.

I can't believe how comfortable these boots are. I've owned two pair of Born in the past and they were comfortable as well, however they were shoes, not boots. I'm happy to say the boots are just as comfortable! They fit my feet perfectly and the service was really fast. I chose Ground shipping and they were delivered in three days. Don't really see a need to choose overnight shipping if you live in the Northeast would be my advice.
