I bought these to try Softspots boots. I will start by saying yes, I wish they were really leather BUT then they wouldn't be as weather resistant without additional treatments. The color and faux fur top of the boot has a 70's vibe that works for my eclectic style. They fit great in my regular size 8.5W with room for a sock but the calf circumference could be a little wider for my taste and I don't have super heavy calves. I couldn't get more than a skinny jean tucked into it. :( They are Softspots quality in the comfort department. Have a nice deep bed to walk on. Have to love the comfort.
