Five stars or more if there were more. The shoes are amazingly comfortable right from the git-go, no break-in at all. Back in the day, when someone said they were breaking in new boots, they were probably talking about red spots, swelling, blisters and who knows what-all. Not the case with these and when the work gets a bit dangerous, these are the shoes you want to have on. Packaging, shipping and selection are likewise 5-star excellent. I have four pair now, two of them brand-new and I'm thinking of getting one or two more pair, just for back-up. An excellent deal all the way around, it is appreciated. Thanks, folks!

Steel mill work in the melt shop great traction, and protection from just about everything over there. A completely different grade of boot then any other one I've used over the years in other fields. Pretty new to me so I hope they are warm and protective in the winter I'm sure they will... Can't imagine owning another boot company buys new pair every year so I'm lucky on that... I would buy them anyways if not... Take care

Great boots I use them from cutting trees the lawn working in the shop and catching my kids pitching. Very comfortable and supportive. They are hefty and extremely well made. Made in the USA helps tremendously. These are serious work boots strongly recommended.

The boots hurt my feet and they are rubbing blisters on my feet. I don’’t know why they are hurting my feet. They stain my white socks too. I thought they would wear good for the price i paid.

Work in meltshop at a EAF steel mill...these boots hold up better and are more comfortable than any I’’ve worn before. I’’ll only buy these from now on...Very durable and hold up well on the furnace floor.

Im on my feet 12hrs a day 6 days a week. Hands down the best boot ever made I wont wear any other pair. I really don’’t need the Metguard but Carolina doesn"t make the 505 with out it. If they made the same boot without the Metgaurds I wouldn’’t ever buy any other shoes PERIOD Thanks Carolina for the best pair of boots ever made right here in the USA..

I work in an aluminum casting facility and have worn many styles and brands of boot and these are by far the most comfortable pair to date. Fit is good and essentially no break in period. If only all footwear was this comfortable :
