Really nice well-made Carolina boot. I've bought several different types of Carolina boots and they get all rough treatment and stand up well to it. I just got these so I can't give any long term report, but so far they're comfortable right out of the box, the stitching, outside leather, the lining and sole all look excellent and I expect they'll wear as well as any of the others I have. There are a lot of safety toe, insulated boots out there, but if you're looking for a waterproof, PLAIN TOE, NON-insulated boot for work and woods these are it. Can not avoid recommending.

These are great boots that I have worn repeatedly and recommended to several friends. I work in construction and usually tear up boots quickly. The only complaint I have is that they no longer put brass rivets in the bottom as pictured. Misleading and very disappointing. However, they are very tough, dependable and a brand I have and will continue to use.

Have ordered at least 4 pairs of these boots, some with insulation for winter use for my husband. He is always satisified and says they help his feet feel better. We are not sure if his being a bigger guy and wearing the boots everyday makes the inside soles wear out within a year or if everyone experiences the same thing. I tried to get him to try another brand, but he likes this brand and wants to stick with them. The only downside in my opinion is either Shoeline or Carolina has now made these boots so you can't use a promo code like we could in the past.

I bought my husband his first pair of these boots 6 yrs ago when he started his job as a fire and water damage restoration person. We have bought him a pair of these every year since then and he swears by them. We hope they always sell this product because it was extremely difficult to find a real waterproof work boot that is also comfortable and durable. When they say "next day" they mean it! I looked for a long time for comfortable work boots…I'll never look again! These boots are comfortable and durable. As a land surveyor that is important. my son thinks these are great.these are his 2nd pair of carolina boots that i have ordered for him from shoeline. he has a pair of insulated and noninsulated. he has not had a problem with either pair..before i got this last pair he went to corral boot storebought a pair and had to take them back cause they rubbed the top of his foot. i think shoeline has a wonderful customer service personel since i did my ordering over the phone in stead of online very nice and helpful . hope this helps i did not make comments on the first pair of boots and wish i had because i use the comments of other customers and my sons reads them too {the reson i am writing this is he would’’nt take the time and it was my credit card we used}

I have purchased three pairs of Carolina boots from Shoeline. And I don’’t mean sequential pairs to replace outworn boots. I mean that I own an insulated waterproof pair for winter a waterproof pair for hiking in the other three seasons and a plain leather pair Woodsman for walking about town. I do not understand how Carolina can make such great boots in my size 13 4xEE or Shoeline can sell them at such a great price but I walk an awful lot and these are the best footwear value that I have ever come across.

I just got these boots a week ago and took them for an overnight backpack trip 12 miles into extremely rugged terain utilizing game trails only. I never lost my footingthe fit was perfect and the ankle support kept me from twisting an ankle. These are the best boots I’’ve ever used.

I really like the look and style but I had to return a 12 4e because I could not get my foot into it. then got a 13 4e was able to get my foot in it and fit comfortable but could not get the leg of the boot comfortably around my calf area. One would think that If someone as ordering a 4e wide shoe the calf area would also need to be wider then standard. I am wondering if this is an engineering issue or just a cost savings as to not add to much material to the boot. This is not your problem but the manufacturers. I had to return the second pair and as Carolina had no suitable alternative I had to go with a competitors brand.

First pair of Carolina boots ever. Fit perfect from the start almost no break-in. Very well made. It’s nice to find non-steel toe and non-insulated boots. Why do most boot manufacturers think we need insulated boots in the summer? The souls of course also have great traction as expected. I couldn’t be happier with these boots.

I have had these boots for over a month and think they are a great buy. Durable comfortable thick lining makes them slightly insulated which I like. They run very narrow. Overall great boot. Received a discount voucher so I ordered another pair.
