Still breaking them in so the width may wind up just fine. I purchased these boots because they were on sale and have been pleasantly surprised by them so far. Right now I would buy them again.

The 2E is double wide and D is normal, phenomenal pair of boots. Super comfortable and easy to break in. I'll have these boots for a long time.

I've been wearing Carolina boots all fo my adult life. I'm a mechanic by trade and wear my boots at least 12 hours a day. I have tried other brands over the years and have found none that I like better than Carolina. Shoeline has given me a great way to buy boots that my local store doesn't stock.

Bought these for my son. This is his 3rd pair. He wears them daily for work. They get worn hard and hold up for 13 - 15 months and actually they aren't unwearable at that point but the inside starts to get uncomfortable. For the price they are great boots. He loves them and continues to repurchase the same model. No other work boot has held up for him and was comfortable.

I have worn Carolina Boots for several years and they are a perfect fit for tough work environments. There is almost no "break in period"’’with the Carolina 10"’’Gore Tex Logger boot. They keep your feet dry in the wetest conditions and warm without adding extra weight which can cause fatigue at the end of a long day. The other boot makers need to take notice Carolina’’s products are comfortable and they last through the harshest work environments. These boots are a must for anyone working on construction sites or out in the woods.
