Carolina put a lot of thought when designing this boot as I have noticed as a safety measure the outside sole lip has been significantly reduced as well as the size of the hole sole but retaining the boot size this is a life saver as a former construction worker walking on too and three story buildings catching the edge of a sole on a roof top is very scary construction and Iron workers this is a very safely designed boot with a ton of comfort in mind hands down the best boot I have ever purchased !!!

I’m a union Ironworker, and am intensely hard on boots. I started with Carolina boots and then tried many of the other popular brands. Well I’m back to my Carolina’s and won’t look back!! They wear like iron and are comfortable right out of the box! No break in time. Best of all I get a great deal shopping with shoeline. They literally save me $100 over other brands and a good $30 on the lina’s!!! I work hard for my money and I really appreciate a good deal. Thank you.

These boots can be put on strait out of the box and dont hurt your feet, and they wear like Iron. My last pair being worn every day lasted over a year!

I wore this style exact boot at work for I would guess 25 years, getting countless miles out of each pair. When I retired 6 years ago I thought my "boot" days were over. As it turns out, I still wear the same boot almost all the time, only now they are a lot cleaner. Even at Disneyland last summer I had them on. This style not only supports your ankles, but gives you a comfortable stride as your day goes on. I love that they are "Made in the USA", and show it with the small American flag on each boot!

I have a question and can't get you to respond. My boyfriend has worn this boot for years but the last two pair he purchased from you came apart. The sole separated from the boot. I've been looking for a long time for a well made (in USA), unlined leather work boot. Especially one with room for the toes to do their job and not get painfully scrunched into the pointy, cartoon-foot shape most shoe lasts seem to have. These boots are very comfortable, like walking on mattresses. Perfect for working on concrete in a dirty workshop environment. I happy with them and with shoeline.

This is a great boot! I get a lot of compliments on them while there still new and clean. My wood shop has a concrete floor and working in there 10-14 hours a day and my feet and knees are fine. They're a great everyday boot, my only con is the traction in the ice and snow aren't great. Other then that it's a great boot, I just purchased my fifth consecutive pair.

I have bought Carolina boots for many years but in the last six years or so I could not find the style I like anywhere in my area. The boots that replaced them were not the same quality and not made in America. Since then I found what I wanted on shoeline and have never looked back. Most uncomfortable boots to break in ever feels like there is some kind of roll of leather or something right on the back of the heelhave been wearing them daily for a month now and am just getting them broken in to be comfortable.

This is my 2nd pair of Carolina ACA 7001 boots. It is early yet but the 10.5 2EE seems to be narrower than the 1st pair This is fine because they were a touch too wide.

These are the only boots I have found that have a wedge sole and are not only made in america but are also made from american materials. Carolina deserves a pat on the back for offering such a well made all american boot. Top notch leather quality vibram sole and last but not least... made right here in the USA Keep Americans working Stop buying imported crap.

I’’m an Ironworker and I’’m very picky about my boots. I like a wedge sole because when you’’re climbing the iron you can’’t afford to catch your heel and trip. I also like a boot that doesn’’t have a lot of stiching that fire balls will catch on. This boot meets all my needs and then some. I couldn’’t be more pleased with them.
