I have two other pairs of these shoes in narrow width and love them except they were a little too snug through base of the toe area. So I bought this pair in medium and they are way too wide and falling off my feet. I can't wear them and I find your return policy is not as easy as you say it is, so will keep them and try to find a way to wear them; maybe put inserts or something in them. I am guessing they are true to the width, but these just seem too wide.
