This shoe was very nicely made and a good-looking shoe. However it was too short it fit me like an 8 rather than an 8 1/2. I would recommend the shoe but not ordering it online unless you’’ve worn it before. I am returning them.

First of all I am extremely pleased with Shoeline.com. Delivery was fast and pricing is right. I bought three bowling shoes for my family last summer through Shoeline.com and one pair from other site. If you are an occasional bowler like me this shoes works. It is not for the serious bowlers because the bottom of the shoes are little rough. For the fit I wear size 5 in women for my dress shoes and size 4 in children for my tennis shoes. I bought this pair in a size 5. At first it seemed a half size small for me but instead exchanging it for the bigger size I decided to try out first. I bowled twice total of 11 games since I got this pair and it is fitting perfectly for me now because it stretched out some. A small and skinny feet like mine this pair fits true to size and width. However I would recommend a half size bigger if you have a thick feet. Otherwise this shoes will press your toes down too much.

After having foot surgery I wasn’’t sure how to find bowling shoes that would fit as my foot will remain swollen for months. A friend recommended this site as the return policy is excellent. My concern was having to keep paying to send shoes back until I found a pair to fit but discovered your policy of free returns. I was told to buy a size larger than normal and Wide. I did and the fit was perfect. The shoes were delivered within two days after being ordered. I was so pleased that I have now ordered a pair for my sister as a gift. Love the shoes. The first time I wore them I brought my old shoes with me. I thought I’’d need some break-in time and wouldn’’t be able to wear them the entire time I was bowling. But they were incredibly comfortable and I could have worn them all day. As far as the fit goes I’’m confused about the wording for "how did the size fit." I ordered a larger size than I usually wear I wear a 9.5 usually with this shoe it’’s a size 10 that fits perfectly.

Just to clarify on fit - I wear a solid 8. The recommendation is to buy a FULL size LARGER- I bought a size 9. Fits about perfect maybe a smidgen large- but definitely get a full size larger than your normal size. Nice shoe well made nice price. Haven’’t used it bowling yet but I’’m sure it will be great.

I originally ordered Raquel JR in size 4 for my daughter and they were way tight. We liked the style so we returned them and went for the Raquel III in size 6. These fit her normally size 4+ feet pretty well. They are a little oversized but I was glad I went with the 6. I have seen some people say one size up is enough. Anyway the shoes themselves are great. Nice quality great style. Shoeline.com was awesome in this whole transaction....from the original sale through the return until the replacement shoes got here. Great service ultra fast shipping.

I was unsure of which size to get because it was 50/50 true to size and 1/2 size bigger. I went with my regular street shoe size 8 and it fits great I do have narrow feet though. I shopped around for my perfect bowling shoes including the pro shops and went on shoeline because one of the shops did not have my size. Surprisingly shoeline had the same exact model and it was 50 off. Of course I ordered it right away shipping was free and today was the first time I tried it at the bowling alley. At first it was tight with light socks but after a few strikes it started to soften up. I thought the shoes would be too small but it loosened up and I played better because it did not feel like the rented shoes that I was used to which was loose in the width. I also liked the arch support in the shoes it made a difference in comfort. I love them and would recommend these Dexter ladies bowling shoes for beginners and intermediate bowlers.

If you have wide feet this is a good shoe but the heel is wide too. My heel slips allot. There are not many bowling shoes offered for women with wide feet. I usually order an 8 but I think a 7 1/2 would have fit better.

I’’ve purchased Dexter shoes in the past and found them to be true to size and width. That’’s very important to me because wide width shoes are hard to find. My bowling shoes are so comfortable that I forget I have them on.

Getting comfortable with new bowling shoes is tricky for me. My shoes literally fall apart before I buy new ones. I decided to shop on-line when this finally happened. After reading the reviews of this shoe I decided to try it. I think it fits fine as expected. The shoe is a little stiff at first and the first couple of frames were pretty much experimental not knowing whether I would slide stick or fall. I will say though that by the end of the first game I had a pretty good feel for the shoe and think that this will be the next shoe to wear until the sole falls off. Thanks Shoeline for the great deal - a great shoe for the money

At first I couldn’’t bowl in the shoes but then I took them off and bent them so as to form a crease in the middle. I could bowl with them then Also I ordered a size larger than I normally wear and they fit fine.

I normally wear a 7 1/2 wide but based on some prior review comments I ordered the 8 wide. Just got my shoes and they fit and feel great. I just wish more of the "cooler" shoes were made in wide sizes. Service was good ground shipping from the other side of the country took awhile but arrived when forecast. Hey it was free.

This is a great shoe I had origanally ordered a different shoe but had to return it becaause it was too narrow for my fat feet. I was so glad to see there was a shoe that came in wide widths.
