I was expecting a break in period. I did not have to endure one with these boots. I put them on one day realized I had them on for over 12 hours without an issue. The out soles seemed a little slick at first, but any boot would have been sliding in the conditions. I work HVAC, as such Im on and out of hot and cold environments. The insulation is perfect for what I do, dont know how theyd be outside all day. Im very happy with these boots.

I will order these Boots again very comfortable. I do like Carolina's. Booots And Shoeline keep up the good work.
