I haven't been able to actually wear the boots yet because I had an operation on my foot! But I have had a pair of the same boot in brown for several years & they've always been my favorite boot because they are so comfy & they look great! I also prefer the riding heel for when I ride my horses.

I liked the shoe but it made way to much noise when I walked. Would be a little embarrassing if I wore it out in public. I wasn't a fan of the textured leather. I decided to return it and get another color and 1/2 size bigger.

This is a rugged, beautiful boot in thick pliable leather. It has a great structure and looks fantastic over jeans. The toe is perfectly rounded, does not give a boxy look - very streamlined. The kiltie is a great touch too. One thing to note, that the laces that come with these boots are too short to fully lace them if you include the transitional hooks just above the grommets, pictured as laced up here on the website. It's not necessary to lace those but I did notice that if they aren't laced, they get bent pretty easily, so I'd recommend getting some 100 size paracord laces and replacing the defaults.

Bought this boot about 10 years ago for my biking. I've had them re soled twice but this year they finally just fell apart-I was so afraid I would not find another pair-YEAH!! Best boot I've found for biking.

I received my first pair as a gift from my husband between 8 and 10 years ago. They have been the most comfortable best wearing durable boot/shoe that I’’ve ever owned. We ride motorcycle all over going on week long trips and they are the only boots I take. I have walkef and hikef in them and just worn them as daily shoes. No one near us sells this style anymore so I was delighted to find them again. My fisrt pair just gave out Very satified customer

This is the second pair of Double H women’’s packers I have purchased I really like these boots. As I broke both of my ankles last year these lace up boots support my ankles and feel so comfortable to be able to walk for long periods of time.

Great boot glad I found these. For the squaeaks and creaks of the man made tongue try some saddle soap/conditioner. This quieted mine down. Great boot to ride motorcycles with.

I had bought these same exact boots in 2000 and after 12 years of wearing them everyday they had to be replaced so I got the same exact boots. They are very comfortable and durable. I am so impressed with these boots it will be the only boots I buy

The boots are nice but they have changed the design a little. The tongue is now not leather but "man made material" so when I walk I squeaks and creaks...sounds like I have a frog croaking on my feet...and nothing I do seem to stop it. The rest of the boots seem to be the same good old style. If the tongue was leather they would be perfect

I took a chance and wore them out of the box to an event where I was on my feet for 10 hours my feet did not hurt at the end of the day. I have narrow feet because they are lace up’’s I had no probelms. Great boot

The Boots are very comfortable However they are being stretched on the top part of the boot were the tongue isat the seemdon’’t no if this pair was defective but Usually Double h boots do not need to be stretched and are comfortable from the first time you wear them.

This is by far the most comfortable boot I’’ve owned in years. I have two pairs now and hope they never stop making them. I am disappointed that these boots aren’’t made in USA like many of the Double H boots these are made in China but they are still fabulous.

The boots look and feel great on. I will primarily be wearing them with my costume in the many parades I am involved in so far they seem like they will be very comfortable. The real test will come when the parade season starts in November.

i work in retail and am on cement floors all day long working as much as 12 hours at a time and i wear these boots every day at work. i never have foot fatigue or sore feet at the end of the day as a matter of fact i have not worn tennis shoes in months because they are not as comfortable as my Double H boots. I love these boots so much i am ordering two more pairs.

I absolutely love this shoe I wore it at a guest ranch when horseback riding and it was fabulous. So comfortable that I didn’’t want to take them off. I usually wear a size 5 shoe but this size 6 fit very nicely. The quality is superb also. As much as I wore these shoes they scuffed very little if at all. Thank you for such a fine product. Worth every penny.
