I would recommend Nursemate White Knee Highs over this product. My calves are normal size and the top cuff of these are tighter than I expected.

I felt this product's width was fits wide

I did not like these socks at all. They were two wide and had an uncomfortable seam. My feet are wide in the front and very bony and narrow in the instep and heal area. I gave them to my friend who has yet to wear them. She will enjoy them I am sure.

Compression trouser socks are somewhat better than the average knee - hi but they do not stay up on the leg and are quite pricey for for a small up grade on a knee-hi. Would not purchase them again.
