I ordered a pair of Dexter 1957 loafers from Shoeline. The stitching in one of the shoes was loose and coming apart after I wore them once. Shoeline returned and replaced them no problem - no questions asked. You can’’t ask for better customer service than that The replacement pair is the quality I expected from Dexter - I have another pair that has lasted for years and still look and feel like new. This pair runs a little wider than expected they’’re extra wide for my fat feet but overall a great pair of shoes at a good price backed up by great service.

This is the third pair of Dexter 1957 shoes I have purchased from Shoeline.com. I love the shoes and the service is the best I have ever received from an online company. I can not recommend either the shoes or Shoeline.com too highly.
