Comfortable right out of the box. I am very pleased with these American Made boots which arrived just in time for my house painting after a prior pair of imported work shoes literally disintegrated

The first time I put these boots on to use they felt like i had been wearing them for a year. After a full day of tree cutting and trimming there was absolutely no discomfort. The are just perfect.That day using a power pole saw I cut a five inch branch from a cedar tree and instead of dropping down it rotated and came down butt-end first right on top of my arch. Because of the metatarsal shield I felt the shock of it hitting but no impact or pain. Not even a bruise but it did scratch the leather. AND they are UNION made in the US. Worth every penny.

Excellent comfort right out of the box. So far it’s been perfect. Will have some long weeks ahead before the end of the year hoping these boots will pass that test. As of now I think they will.
