I ordered these in 9.5 because I have found that this type of work boot tends to run large. It was too tight, meaning I should have bought my normal size of 10. I sent it back for an exchange, and it was processed and sent back to me within 10 business days. The new pair fits great! These are my new favorite work boots without a doubt.
