I ordered this boot in black. The papers stated black, the label on the box stated black; but when I opened the box they were brown. I called customer service in the afternoon and had to leave a message. They were to call me back and I have not heard from them. I am going to send them back and do not think I should be charged the $5.95 as it is not my fault that the order was not filled as I ordered. I am disappointed.

They are incredibly comfy boots... right out of the box! They are also very cute and stylish! Unfortunately, they are a little too clunky for me, i was looking for something a bit more streamlined. I am going to have to return them.
