    This was to be a wide shoe. It was too short and too narrow. The padded heal was too tall and rubbed a blister. I am now waiting for the blister to heal .Hope the will stretch some. My actual foot size is an 5.5 with a narrow heal, which can no longer be purchased even in expensive shoes. I ordered a size 6 wide and it was still too narrow.

    I'm not a nurse but on my feet a lot. I wear orthotics and need lace-up shoes to prevent heel slippage. The fit is great and these are very comfortable. No breaking-in was necessary!
