The shoe seemed to be the wrong size altogether. I ordered a 8W and it fit like a 7.5M. I have other Softspots and they are true to size. I would order the 8.5W to see how they fit, but Shoeline doesn't have that size so I have to send back and be charged for shipping which isn't fair to a person wanting a product and the company doesn't have the supply. It would be different if I didn't want the shoe for some other reason, then I wouldn't mind paying shipping. Otherwise the shoe seems to have a cushiony insole and it is stylish.

I ordered an 8W and it fit like a 7.5 M. Description does not indicate this shoe runs small. I am sending back and still not sure whether to reorder another 8W to see how it fits or 8.5W and hope they fit. The insoles of these shoes are cushy and comfortable and the shoe itself is stylish.

I love these!Very comfy! I went with what other reviewers said and ordered a size up. They fit great!They look great with jeans. I love the heel cushion!
