This is a dream from the moment it comes out of the box. The Pillowtop insole is the BEST! I put this on out of the box and went directly to the grocery store for Christmas eve, so you can imagine the madhouse!! My feet didn't even hurt - the rest of me was another story!! What a FIASCO!! I think this is my new runaround shoe. The leather strap with the buckle and the laces are slightly darker than they appear in the photos so they really are even cuter than they look here!! Still a very neutral color. I am not a brown shoe fan.
