Like some other reviews, I agree that this shoe does slip a bit at the heel, so thick socks are a big help. Overall, shoes are good quality and nice looking and will serve well during the cooler months. Zip sides makes it easy to slip on and off and soles are durable, yet not too clunky looking.

I love these booties, but they were a half-size too big, so I am exchanging them. They are well-made and are SO comfortable, and Shoeline's return policy makes it so easy to send it back and exchange it for a smaller size. I am very happy with this purchase and can hardly wait for the new size to arrive so I can wear them! I will recommend this company for its prompt service and easy terms (no shipping fee, return label enclosed in package) and unique styles that are well-made and nicely packaged to boot. (couldn't resist the pun).Happy in Montana
