These shoes are gorgeous but run large. I always wear a size 9 in Sofft brand shoes but the 9 in this style was too large. I exchanged them for an 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Shoeline's exchange program is quick and easy -- no need to re-order in a different size, they will just exchange them for another size.
