It is certainly water proof and comfortable. I like the quick fasteners better than the loops however. Cost a bit high for the value.

Very comfortable boot. Great for extended wear. Shoeline.com is also a great company to purchase from. Buy with confidence. I had to exchange my first pair because I ordered a size too large. The return process IS in fact a very simple process.
