My order was filled as soon as Shoeline received it. I was notified immediatley when it would be shipped and I received it on the exact day that I was told I would receive it. I was looking for a softer more comfortable shoe. This shoe seemed to be quite stiff and was too short - almost 1/2 size too small. I returned them and kept the ordinary SSTs that I had ordered at the same time.

I have always been a Dexter fan I recently decided it was time for new bowling shoes and turned to the internet. I was apprehensive about buying shoes on-line but I couldn’’t beat the price compared to the pro-shop. I have to say that Shoeline is now my new shoe store. Their customer service is beyond phenomenal. Shipping was fast When I recieved the shoes there was an issue with on of the slide pads. There was nothing wrong with the shoes it was just that one of the interchangeble slide pads had a bad surface. I called Shoneline customer and service and I was AMAZED at the reponse The CS rep knew exactly what I was talking about and fixed the problem with NO hassles. She even called me back a couple of hours later to let me know that Dexter was sending me a new slide pad right away. I will recommend this company to everyone I know

I wear a size 7 in sandals Clarks etc but these shoes were too big so I’’m returning them for a size 6 1/2 . Hope it fit’’s.

There was no break in period for sliding. They fit very well. Would buy more it they came in other colors other then white

So far I’’m enjoying the new shoes. It just takes time to get use to the soles on the shoes. Overall the shoes fit good and feel good on my feet.

Excellent bowling shoe purchased in an 8 1/2 wide which is my usual shoe size. Wore them through a league session first time out without a pinch or poke. The only problem I find is that my feet sweat...but that is not unusual with a well-made leather shoe Love ’’em. Recommend ’’em. Although I’’m not quite sure what to do with all the soles and heels which came in the package. I’’m a bowler-hacker still learning the ropes. I had tried another brand prior to this from another site there is no comparing the perfect fit of a Dexter.

Super bowling shoe. Dexter is great with a predictable fit. This particular shoe is leather which I like. I take a 8 1/2 Wide had purchased a Brunswick in that size. The Brunswick was floppy in the back so it was returned to another online site. This Dexter was immediately comfortable with no break-in required However it is a hefty shoe my feet get hot. : Still...I wouldn’’t trade my Dexters...AND I like the selection great service from this site which I just stumbled upon. Now book-marked I know that I’’ll be coming back Thanks shoeline...love your return policy which is extremely important for online shopping...and really critical when shopping for shoes. Bottomline: Great shoe. Highly recommended. Great site. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with my purchase. The most amazing thing was that my purchase came when I expected it to come that was the first time ever that I ordered something on the internet and it came when they said I was supposed to get it. The product was in very good condition and even the packaging was in good condition. I would really order from you guys again and refer you guys to my friends. I will be ordering from you guys again in the future. Another reason that I really love is that there really was no shipping charges or tax fees even for us in Hawaii.
