have only been worn twice but the comfort level was very good with only a bit of rub at the top of the collar. hiked for over seven hours one day and had no hot spots good traction easy to walk in. good boots.

This is a good boot so far. I owned Hi-Tec boots years ago and loved them. Cheap and lasted a long time.
It took a week and a half to get theses in the mail. They had to ship them directly from Hi-Tec which is in California. That is why I will give it four stars instead of five.

I have not worn these boots in the field yet. However I can tell that they are high quality and are light weight. Also the steel shank makes them great for climbing towers and protecting one’’s feet.
