I felt this product's fit was half size small
I felt this product's width was fits narrow
had problem with size being too small talke to costumer service and they guided me thru the return process and I recieved my new shoes and I love them. Costumer service was great and pleasent to talk to.

The shoe is very comfortable.
However the stiching on the vent cover is unraveling long before the soles are wearing out. My first pair had this problem. On the exchange pair I eventually encountered the same problem. So now I am inclined to think there is a systematic defect to the shoe. Next time I am going to get the clog without the vent holes. It is cheaper and lasts far longer.
