I felt this product's width was true to width
i was searching for very comfy shoes to wear while visiting korea which means walking to many different places everyday. i was debating between dansko and born and ended up buying this one because it was over $20 cheaper. and they are very comfortable and well engineered as i had hoped. i can’’t even tell that the shoes have a 21/4 inches of heel. i highly recommend to everyone.

I think the Born shoes are wonderful I contemplated on purchasing the expensive shoes but I’’m glad I did. They are soooo comfortable. My job requires me to be on my feet for hours at a time. I wore them and I thought I was walking on air. I highly recommend the Born{Toby} shoes to any and all who are required to be on their feet at any given time. I have no regrets.

I loved this shoe. It fit right out of the box and it needed no breaking in. I could wear these shoes for hours. But after only three months both soles cracked. I love Born shoes and figured I must of gotten a "lemon" pair so I was willing to give them another try. I exchanged them for the exact shoe. Again exactly three months later both soles cracked. The plastic Born used for the soles just isn’’t up to the job. Unfortunate because I loved the shoes and because I’’ve come to expect better quality from Born. And at this price three months isn’’t long enough wear from a shoe.

This is my second pair of born shoes. The Toby is a very nice shoe. No break in needed. Put it on and went to work. On my feet for 10 hours and shoe was comfortable all day. Very fast service from shoeline. Received my shoes in just a few days. Thanks so much for your prompt service.
